Rates and reservations
Low Season
€ 75,00 per night for the whole house for 2 people.
Middle Season
€ 90,00 per night for the whole house for 2 people.
High Season
€ 100,00 per night for the whole house for 2 people.
THIRD GUEST: € 35,00 per night.
FOURTH GUEST: € 35,00 per night.
MINIMUM STAY: 3 days.
FINAL CLEANING: Included in the price
TOURIST TAX: for the Municipality of Fasano is per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 days including minors over 12 years of age.
– Rate from: 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/10 to 31/12 – € 1.50
– Rate from: 15/06 to 15/10 – € 2.00
The Municipality of Fasano will issue a regular receipt for the amount paid.
INCLUDED IN THE RATE:
- bed linen and towels (weekly change)
- electricity
- Internet with free WiFi
CHECK-IN: after 4.00 pm
(some flexibility is possible if agreed).
Key handover by the owner.
CHECK-OUT: before 10.00.
